Marie Veronique Organics Moisturizing Face Screen review

This is a sunscreen that I enjoy using every morning before I dash out the door to maintain clear and healthy skin with the help of Green Cream that I’ve reviewed here.

What’s so special about Marie Veronique Organics Moisturizing Face Screen?

I’ve been using the this sunscreen for five months now and the container is almost empty in its 2 oz. dark brown colored glass bottle.

I only use this on my face because MVO is pricey at $40, so I only want to use it where looks matter most, which is on my face. It doubles however as a foundation, so it makes the price a lot more forgiving.

There’s a match for every skin tone

Marie Veronique Organics Moisturizing Face Screen comes in three shades:

No Tint, Light Tint, and Medium Tint. I am light-skinned and have the Light Tint, which I find to be a good match for my skin tone.

The shade gives me sufficient coverage to give me a finish look without looking heavy.

I have a little bit of redness around my face mostly in my cheek area but this sunscreen covers that beautifully. Not a cakey look in sight, I promise!

How much I adore Marie Veronique Organics Moisturizing Face Screen

I would have to say that if I were stranded in an island and could only bring two facial products with me, it would be this mighty sunscreen and Green Cream.

(Hey I still need to protect my skin while stranded, don’t I? I need my Green Cream too to keep my skin in good order in case Prince Charming comes to the rescue…or is that Tarzan? lol- I wouldn’t wanna disappoint, heh).

But back to my beloved sunscreen, the Marie Veronique Organics Moisturizing Face Screen does not leave a greasy feeling or oily-look, which is awesome news for an effective sunscreen with SPF 30, great for everyday/general use.

I have not experienced any clogged pores or breakouts either during the five months that I’ve been using this sunscreen, another good news for somebody prone to acne or blemishes.

It’s also loaded with organic ingredients plus antioxidants to nourish your skin. Go ahead, have a look:

Active Ingredient: 20.6 % non-nano zinc oxide

I like the texture. It’s not greasy. However, it made my face look too pale, as if I were wearing a white mask. Since it’s very pricy and I don’t really like how it looks on my face, I probably won’t buy it again.

A TIP for this reviewer: Contact the company and ask to receive a sample size of the darker shade (they have awesome customer service), mix it with your existing bottle and the outcome color should work out for you!
