Dermalogica AGE Smart Antioxidant Hydramist review

Here is another review on a skin care product that is quite popular among the more mature female population, and by that I mean those hot, sexy mamas in their 30s and above (count me in! ).

It’s called Dermalogica AGE Smart Antioxidant Hydramist which supplements dry, dehydrated skin and improves skin with its antioxidant properties.

The bottle comes with a spray applicator which is ultra convenient as I like to use it right after a shower, before putting on anything else.

Where to use

I spray mist everywhere I’d like to feel pampered: on my face, neck, shoulders, just all over!

I don’t limit my use of the Dermalogica AGE Smart Hydramist for only after a shower however, but actually anytime I want an instant pick me up, whenever I want to liven up.

When to use

It’s great to use during the summer months as it helps you to freshen up, but terrific as well during the winter season as our skin tends to be dry and pruned up due to the climate change as well as the indoor heating that sucks the life out of our poor skin.

I say the Dermalogica AGE Smart Hydramist is an all-year-round treat that I don’t mind having!

How to use

But my best use for it has got to be as a make-up setting spray. It leaves a healthy glow to my skin and does not streak or smudge my make-up.

The Dermalogica AGE Smart Hydramist makes my skin look all dewy and fresh, but note that it is great to use alone as well.

The scent

And the smell is delicious! It has that rosewood scent as most of the Dermalogica AGE Smart variety. Sweet!Trust me on this, I’ve been told that I can have a career with these nasal passages, lol!

Conclusion

So would I recommend the Dermalogica AGE Smart Antioxidant Hydramist? Well, yes and no.

I like it for all the benefits it delivers that I’ve mentioned above. But in all honesty I feel that this product, even though it is good for what it is and for what it does, don’t feel that I somehow “need” it or if it’s even a necessary part of my skin care routine.

It’s a nice thing to have but I’m betting that my skin wouldn’t miss it if I stopped using it tomorrow. It’s more of a luxurious item that I can get by with should I decide to stop using it (like when I run out).
